Connecting the Green Silk Road, Co-building a "Dual Carbon" Future: "Belt and Road" Trade Thematic Training Seminar Enters QC Solar for Technical Exchange

2025-11-03

On October 31st, the delegation of the International Training Program hosted by the Ministry of Commerce visited Suzhou QC Solar Co., Ltd., launching an in-depth exchange focusing on cutting-edge technologies and industrial development of the photovoltaic industry. Accompanied by QC Solar's marketing team, the delegation successively visited the company's technology exhibition hall, intelligent production workshop, testing laboratory and other facilities. They gained a detailed understanding of the production processes and quality control systems of photovoltaic components such as photovoltaic junction boxes and Connectors.

This exchange is not only an in-depth collision of technologies, but also a vivid footnote to green energy cooperation under the "Belt and Road" Initiative. In recent years, interactions between China and countries co-building the "Belt and Road" in the renewable energy field have become increasingly close, with China systematically sharing its standard innovations and practical experience in photovoltaic, energy storage and other fields.

Most countries along the "Belt and Road" are endowed with abundant solar energy resources, yet their photovoltaic industry development is relatively backward. In sharp contrast, China boasts significant advantages in photovoltaic technology, equipment manufacturing and engineering construction, forming a sound pattern of resource complementarity with these countries.

By strengthening trade cooperation, China can export advanced photovoltaic technologies and products to countries along the route, helping them develop the photovoltaic industry and achieve energy transition. At the same time, the huge market demand of countries along the route will open up broad development space for Chinese photovoltaic enterprises, promoting the internationalization of China's photovoltaic industry. Diversified cooperation models are yet to be explored in the photovoltaic trade cooperation under the "Belt and Road" Initiative.

At the end of the exchange, both parties focused on the "dual carbon" goals and in-depth discussed the core role of the photovoltaic industry in the global green and low-carbon transition. Against the backdrop of global efforts to address climate change, the "dual carbon" goals have become a common vision pursued by all countries. As a key force in clean energy, the photovoltaic industry plays an irreplaceable important role in advancing the "dual carbon" goals.

Achieving the "dual carbon" goals is a global tough battle that requires all countries to work together and respond collectively. Under the framework of the "Belt and Road" Initiative, China and countries along the route should further strengthen international cooperation in the photovoltaic field to jointly meet the challenges of climate change. Through various activities such as technical exchanges, project cooperation and talent training, we can promote the global dissemination and application of photovoltaic technologies, and advance global energy transition and sustainable development.

This technical exchange activity, where the delegation of the Ministry of Commerce's International Training Program visited QC Solar, has built an important platform for trade cooperation and exchanges in the photovoltaic field among countries along the "Belt and Road" Initiative. Through in-depth discussions on the development trends, challenges and opportunities of the photovoltaic industry, as well as the missions and responsibilities under the "dual carbon" goals, all parties reached broad consensus. In the future, all parties will work together, deepen cooperation, jointly promote the vigorous development of the photovoltaic industry, and contribute tremendous strength to global energy transition and sustainable development.
