At the 18th SNEC International Solar Energy & Smart Energy Exhibition held from June 11th to 13th, 2025, Suzhou Qc Solar Co., Ltd. 1.Revolutionary Upper Cover Design:Traditional junction boxes with gap-fitted lids are prone to seawater accumulation, increasing the risk of seal failure. QC Solar's marine junction box features an innovative M-shaped sealing ring on the upper cover, effectively blocking seawater ingress and maintaining internal dryness for superior waterproof protection.
2.Dual-Layer Waterproof Structure:
The internal structure design integrates the S-shaped perfusion colloid water-blocking partition technology, and cleverly combines the hollowed-out bottom design to achieve the dual-effect protection of "diversion-blocking" for water vapor in tidal environments; the external part connects the cable through a waterproof rear cover, and is equipped with an M-shaped one-piece molded sealing upper cover to form a double waterproof barrier. In addition, the external part uses a combination of nuts, claws, and Plugs to fix the cable, which not only ensures the fixing strength but also strengthens the waterproof performance, providing a solid guarantee for the stable operation of the offshore photovoltaic system.
