  • During the manufacturing process, QC4.10 Mate connector pays attention to every detail.  Mold injection and plastic fluid movement are carefully designed to ensure optimal shrinkage of the entire product.  The ingenious design of the reinforcing ribs significantly reduces shrinkage deformation after molding, thereby ensuring the stability and reliability of the product.  In addition, the mold molding uses CAE software to analyze and predict product deformation, combined with the experience of raw material suppliers, to effectively reduce product deformation and further ensure dimensional stability.
In terms of copper parts,QC4.10 Mate connector uses QC SOLAR's integrated stamping technology to achieve one-time contact between the pin and the socket. Compared with the traditional two-contact transmission method, the contact resistance and heat generation are lower, thereby improving the connection the safety and reliability of the device.  The selection of pin and socket materials is also very detailed. The thickness of the copper pins and special alloy copper sockets is T=0.5mm to ensure the smallest temperature rise and the best over-current capability under the same environment and current conditions.

Waterproof performance is another highlight of QC4.10 Mate connector.  Reinforced sealing ring and classic inner claw locking structure, the sealing ring is designed into an M shape, which greatly enhances the waterproof effect.  The three protective ribs on the inside of the plug are tightened by the inner claws to achieve three-way waterproof function, and the waterproof performance exceeds traditional designs.

In addition, QC4.10 Mate connector also adopts a classic inner claw plug locking structure, providing greater cable pullout force and better tensile strength.  This design effectively prevents copper parts from shifting under tension, thereby avoiding the risk of burning.

In terms of appearance design, QC4.10 Mate connector also performs well.  The U-shaped groove structure design allows the connectors to share MC installation tools, which facilitates on-site and factory installation.  In addition, QC SOLAR installation tools and MC installation tools can be shared globally, further enhancing the product's versatility and convenience.
